Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Officer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and promote our educational and technological programs.
The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with a passion for aerospace, education, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to promote SpaceZone’s products, workshops, and training programs.
  • Identify and onboard institutional clients such as schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with the L&D and R&D teams for project execution and client deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare periodic performance reports for management.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or educational partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and client engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

Qualification

  • BBA or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
