Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Design Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team in the aerospace domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical or aeronautical engineering, hands-on experience with industry-standard design software, and a proactive approach to product development and problem-solving. Prior experience in the aerospace sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD tools such as CATIA, Autodesk Inventor, and Blender. Experienced in creating detailed models, assemblies, and technical documentation as per aerospace standards.
2. Skilled in analyzing complex aerospace problems and performing accurate design calculations.
3. Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative product concepts. Support prototyping efforts and coordinate with internal teams and vendors for part sourcing.
4. Support rapid prototyping and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of development tasks and timely delivery.
5. Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, testing, and procurement teams to deliver feasible, efficient, and production-ready design solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical Engineering with 0–1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in CATIA, Autodesk Inventor, and Blender.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, kinematics, and design for manufacturing.
• Experience with reverse engineering, prototyping, and design iteration processes.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and materials is a plus.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
