Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth workforce management and supporting both L&D and corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate with placement cells and colleges for internships and campus recruitment drives.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, experience letters, and payslips.
• Maintain attendance, payroll data, and employee records.
• Oversee employee joining and exit formalities.
• Support training programs, workshops, and internship coordination under the L&D and R&D wings.
• Organize employee engagement activities and foster a positive work culture.
• Coordinate HR requirements such as system allocation, admin support, and document handling.
• Assist management with business proposals, HR presentations, and internal reports.

Qualification

• MBA in Human Resource Management (HR)
